December Sketchbook

These are the pages of my Dove Grey A5 landscape Pink Pig sketchbook that I didn’t get around to posting during December.

A prickly-looking fungus growing on a stump.

Birds at the feeders at the Riverside Cafe, Bamford in the Hope Valley, Peak District.

A walk around Newmillerdam country park lake.

Wigeon, shoveler and dabchick at Old Moor RSPB reserve.

Gadwall and lapwings at Old Moor RSPB reserve.

Ragwort stays in flower all year. This winter has been mild and at times very wet.

The red cabbages in the back garden are well past their best.
